Depth of Field and Photography

 Depth of field is incredibly useful for my topic. Food magazines typically like to emphasize on the details and emphasize the subject as much as possible. A shallow depth of field allows to capture detail very well while isolating the subject from the background. Another photography technique I plan to use is bird's eye view a majority of pictures of food are taken from above looking down on the food.
