Preparing an Interview

 The first thing to know about preparing an interview is getting questions ready. Questions that are open-opened are definitely the way to go. Interviews also should formally begin with a greeting and then an asking of how to spell their name. This is done to prevent any problems in the future when recording their name in text. Asking questions professionally in a respectful manner is also good practice. A recording device is also standard practice as listening back to the audio you recorded during the interview can help in getting the answer to the questions correctly.
