The importance of copy.

 Copy backs the pictures taken with a story or information. The copy in a magazine is significant as it develops a narrative for the reader to follow which is assisted in through visual aid usually taken in a similar setting as to where the interview was conducted. The copy in my magazine serves purposeful as to provide a story and interview in my 2 page spread which fills the page further and gives context as to where and what I got my pictures of and how I have the information for my secondary recipe box. Copy taken as it's definition is all the writing in a magazine meaning copy helps organize ideas through headings and subheadings while also providing the reader most of the information through captions and cover lines.
